Admission & Eligibility
We have patients who self-refer while others have a physician’s referral, but it is not always necessary.
If you have safety concerns for a loved one, please call us so we can assess their situation and assist them with the admission process. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
Open for admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our team will meet with the prospective patient to conduct a free assessment. The assessment department will evaluate each person’s situation and then a multi-disciplinary team will review this information and determine a treatment plan.
We accept all major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. For more details, please call.
