Andrew Hardin, MSN, RN-EHA

Senior Vice President, COO

As SVP and COO, Mr. Hardin leads Voyages Health’s efforts to provide quality patient-centered care and improve the well-being of each patient served. In addition to his role as SVP and COO, Mr. Hardin currently serves on the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare Child and Adolescent Committee and The American College of Healthcare Executives.

Previously, Mr. Hardin served in executive leadership roles as Division VP of Growth and Development with Kindred Healthcare, Market CEO with Perimeter Healthcare, and Group Chief Nursing Officer with Universal Health Services. During which time, Mr. Hardin developed inpatient and outpatient clinics, managed nursing teams, improved quality and compliance, and initiated new nationally recognized programs. Prior to his executive roles in behavioral health, Mr. Hardin served in the US Navy Nurse Corp.

Mr. Hardin earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler and his Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 2015.

Paige Smith, MED

Vice President of Growth & Development

Paige Smith leads the business development and growth strategy for Voyages Behavioral Health focusing on strategic planning, marketing, DeNovo growth, acquisitions, and joint ventures.  With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, Paige focuses on expanding access to behavioral services and working with local communities to build support networks for our patients.  Paige started her career as a counseling professional and has since worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, pharmaceuticals and private practice. Her varied experience provides unique insight into how services are accessed and identifying opportunities for growth.  Paige obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and her Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

Kelly Knorr

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly has 27 years of healthcare finance experience and is the VP of Finance for Voyages Behavioral Health, an affiliate of PAM Health. Prior to joining Voyages, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Tower Behavioral Health, a joint venture with Acadia Healthcare. Earlier roles include CFO at First Hospital, a 150-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital owned and operated by Community Health Systems, and Assistant CFO for Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, a 412-bed acute care hospital.

Before joining Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Kelly spent 11 years as the Financial Manager for the Division of Surgery with Geisinger Health Systems working with specialties such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, and Plastic Surgery.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Bloomsburg University with a major in Accounting. Kelly is a past president of the Northeastern Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is currently a board member.

Jennifer McCutcheon, MSW, LCSW

Vice President of Clinical Services

Jennifer McCutcheon, MSW, LCSW, has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field and is currently the VP of Clinical Services and Quality for Voyages Behavioral Health, an affiliate of PAM Health. Prior to joining Voyages, Jennifer was the Director of Behavioral Health Social Services – Acute Care Units at University Health – Truman Medical Centers for both Hospital Hill and Lakewood locations, as well as Adjunct Professor for Park University and Saint Louis University Schools of Social Work. She has served in multiple behavioral health roles, including CEO of a critical access hospital, Senior Program Director for a Geriatric Intensive Outpatient Program, private practice provider, and Emergency Department Social Worker.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Missouri – Columbia, as well as receiving her Master of Social Work degree from the same university.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provides supervision for LMSW’s pursuing clinical licensure. In addition, Jennifer previously served as the Chair for NASW Missouri Chapter Board Nominations.
